1.1. Defective products
In circumstances where the product arrives defective, the customer must contact us to solve the problem.
If dvillena concludes that the good must be replaced, the customer must send the product back. Defective products will be shipped to the manufacturer and once they are repaired or replaced dvillena will send them prepaid back to the customer.
If the change is due to an error by the customer (a mistake when ordering) he/she will bear the shipping costs.
If the error was made by dvillena, the customer would receive the correct ordered products at no additional charge.
To accept a refund, both the product and packaging must be in perfect condition with all original content. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the package
If the client considers that the product is not what he/she expected, the cost of the product would be refund in full except for the delivery charges. To do this you must contact us within 14 days from the receipt of the package and send the product properly packaged and prepaid to DVILLENA SPORT S.L. Pol. Ind. "El Rubial", C/4, nave 7. 03400 VILLENA (ALICANTE, SPAIN).
