Outside Spain
In dvillena we manufacture all our toe-shoes and training clothes for your comfort, so do not worry if they are not working exactly right for you. You can either exchange the product or return it and receive a refund of the amount you paid for it.
Our return policy does not include a maximum date, so you can exchange the product or return it no matter how long it has been since you bought it, as long as it has not been damaged, used or washed and is in its original packaging. See exceptions.
Exchanges and returns:
If the product you purchased was not correct and you wish to make an exchange or return the product for a refund, you have to:
· Send an email to info@dvillena.com indicating that you want to make a change/return. Add in the email
-invoice number and name used when ordering.
-product you want to change/return (reference and size).
-in case of a change, product you want to receive (reference and size)
· Send the product you wish to exchange/return inside the original packaging, with the invoice and in perfect condition to:

Once we receive the package:
Change: We'll send you the right product you need. If the product you returned is cheaper than the one you need to receive, you will have to pay the difference. However, if the one you need is cheaper, we will refund you the difference.
Return: We will refund the amount you paid for the products. Shipping costs are exempt from refund.
If order was paid by paypal or credit card, the refund will be made in the same payment method.
If order was paid by bank transfer we will need your bank details for the refund.
Wrong or defective product:
As a manufacturer, we take responsibility for all our products sold by ourselves and our national and international distributors. If on receipt of the product is defective or has any tare, please contact us at info@dvillena.com and send us a picture of the product so that we can solve the problem. In this case, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Products that have suffered deterioration after continued use of the product will not be considered defective. For this reason, we will need to see a photo of the product to assess its condition and confirm that the problem lies in manufacturing tare. Each case will be assessed individually.
Likewise, if you wish to make an exchange because the product received is not the one indicated on the invoice, you must follow the same steps and contact us so that we can solve it as soon as possible, at no cost for the customer.
Exceptions to the return policy:
In the following cases, products will be exempt from exchange or return:
· Orders that have not been purchased through our official Stands, online store www.dvillena.com, our telephone lines or @dvillena.com email addresses.
Orders bought from any of our distributors, both national and international, must be processed through them.
· Products that have been damaged, used or washed and are not within the original packaging.
· Customized products with name.
· Sports equipment manufactured specifically for a team with the team's colours and logos.
